Affected flights due to runway closure in Cebu

Cebu Pacific has cancelled flights to and from Cebu as a result of a runway closure at the Mactan airport due to a disabled aircraft of an international airline.
Here are the additional cancelled flights:

Affected passengers have been informed and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website bit.ly/CEBmanageflight :
1. Free Rebooking
Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.
2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet valid for six (6) months and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)
3. Refund
The process may take up to two (2) months from the date of request.
We urge passengers travelling to and from Cebu to avoid going to the airport unless they have confirmed flights. For those travelling from October 24-25 and who wish to voluntarily postpone their flights, they may avail of Cebu Pacific's flexible options which include free rebooking and travel fund, up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.
Cebu Pacific is currently engaging with the authorities and will provide updates as necessary.
