Message from HFTN as of 9/6/2021
By now we are all aware of the severity of Covid-19, and probably exhausted from the anxiety of it all. While we don't want to add to the stress, we do want to let you know how we're dealing with it for transparency.
The pandemic has forced us to completely suspend operations, lay off employees and seek financial help as much as we can. As travel fallout rises, we are still trying not to file for bankruptcy as this may affect all our pending processes and our clients won't definitely be happy if this would happen. We are still considering options including restructuring of the company.
The restructuring plan allows us to overcome the unprecedented impact of the global pandemic that has significantly disrupted not only us but all businesses in all sectors, especially travel, and emerge stronger for the long-term.
While an end of lockdowns eased the strain on travel, the delta variant of Covid-19 has recently begun hurting again many businesses in the travel and tourism sector.
We are also one with the government to encourage everyone to get vaccinated to obtain herd immunity and that travel can reopen again and all businesseses in the travel sector can fully operate and service its customers to its full potential.
As of this point, there is only ONE agent limited to answering ALL inquiries and concerns only. We hope that you extend your patience as this is not easy for us as much as it is not to you.
While there is uncertainty in the immediate future due to the fluidity of the situation, we are confident that we will be able to overcome this challenge. It may not be now, but soon as this pandemic comes to a complete stop.
We will be in contact with you once we are back to operate and that's the only time we can process whatever needs to be processed.
Hoping for your utmost understanding on this matter as this is something we have not anticipated for.
