The opening program, held at the Don Francisco 'Kikoy' Bagol Sports Complex, was a great success, attended by our dynamic SB Member and Committee on Tourism, Hon. Ryan T. Abarico, alongside selected Department Heads and LGU Employees.

The event began with a vibrant Motorcade Parade that brought together teams and supporters, showcasing the energy and enthusiasm of our basketball community. The program that followed was filled with inspiring messages, camaraderie, and a strong spirit of sportsmanship.

This marks the start of an action-packed season, and we can’t wait to see the talent, determination, and passion each team brings to the court. Let's continue to support our athletes and cheer for our homegrown talents as they compete with the best in the region! 🏅💪

From September 23-29, 2024, our team had the incredible opportunity to join the Community Tour Guiding Training held at the beautiful Municipality of Gigaguit. This experience was not only educational but also a stepping stone toward improving tourism in our own community.

We are deeply grateful to our esteemed speakers—Sir Eric Bontuyan, Sir Mikko Cuevas, Sir Lyle X Dedulo, and Sir Pope Quinto—for sharing their wealth of knowledge and guiding us throughout the training. Your expertise and insights have truly inspired us to bring our best to community tourism.

Special thanks to the Provincial Tourism Office, headed by Ma'am Jolly Joyce C. Tibay, and DOT Caraga for making this event possible. Also, we appreciate the support of Sir Emil, the dedicated Tourism Officer of Gigaguit.
