REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT DETAILS
1. Submit contact details here:
2. Reservation Fee: Php 500/head upon confirmation (Deductible from balance)
3. Confirmation: To confirm, remaining balance must be fulfilled at least 10 business
days prior to date of travel. Otherwise, reservation will be cancelled.
4. Refund/Rebook Policy
- Reservation fee is non-refundable but can be transferable to others on the same scheduled dates.
- Partial refund (50% of balance paid) if cancelled at least 15 business days prior to travel.
- A rescheduling fee of Php 500/head is applied if requested at least 10 days prior to travel.
5. Child Policy: Three (3) year old and below are free of charge provided that they share a seat/bed
with their parent/s.

*We reserve the right to cancel any tour if minimum number of seats are not fulfilled.
You may opt to reschedule your reservation to any other available schedules or we may offer a full refund.
*In any event scheduled tours are affected by weather disturbances and other acts of nature,
Calguas HQ , reserves the right to cancel trips and will be rescheduled accordingly.
Full refund will also be offered (less 10% service charge).
*Calaguas HQ, its employees and tour guides shall not be responsible and liable for any accident,
loss, injury, and damage to property in connection with accommodation,
transportation or other services resulting directly or
indirectly from any occurrence or defects of vehicles, breakdown of equipment,
acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, delay or cancellation in the itinerary.
