2. Reservation is a First Come First Serve basis
3. The tour can be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not met
4. Travel dates are subject to change due to weather conditions
5. Exclusive tours can choose their travel dates and one pick up and drop off point. Minimum of 12 pax, maximum of 15 pax.
6. Once booked, changing of schedule or destination is NOT ALLOWED.
7. Confirmed Bookings are Non Refundable but Transferable to another person.
8. Back out / Cancellations (You or any of your travel companions) due to whatever reason at least 7 DAYS PRIOR TO TRAVEL DATE, guest(s) MUST pay the WHOLE amount as agreed on the reservation and as stated in the acknowledgment voucher.
