When the user type in a keyword to locate their designs, it doesn’t filter all the designs on the search engine. According to our engineers, this is a known issue.
There were 3 issues.
1. We had a backlog of search updates to process after the incident. The processing only completed on late Friday night (AEDT).
2. We have a gap of data for about 36 hours for all users (24-25 Feb).
3. We weren't able to recover the search data for 1/16 of our users. They'll only see results for designs updated after Feb 25th.
#1 has been resolved, while the team is working on #2 and #3 this week. The fixes are quite complex, so we don’t have an ETA on them yet.
