Breaking News from your Visa Online Assistance !

This case is a Filipino English Teacher of legal age, working in Thailand, who has been working for the Government of Thailand as an English teacher to HS students for nearly 2 years!

He had a refusal as well in the Netherland prior to his first submission to the Australian Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand but he got denied on the ground of: employment and financial capacity to travel to Australia and his return incentive to his home country to return is in doubt by his former immigration officer.

Ireland Student Visa Successful Appeal Approval, from Dubai!

Our client is from Dubai, a Filipino Citizen and wishing to study in Ireland for her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Limerick, it was her parents who will sponsor all the expenses to study in Ireland – as they are both working and holding a temporary residence. However, her student visa had been refused on the following grounds:

“CP: “Need to undertake the course in this state not demonstrated or

warranted. They have not demonstrated a need to undertake this specific

course and reasons in Ireland”.

There is not a full accounting of funds available that were mentioned in the Finacial Stability Form

OB obligations to return to home country have not deemed sufficient”.

She has completed her junior High School in Dubai, and would like to complete her Bachelor Degree course in Ireland, but the embassy refused her student visa. She only followed her agent advised in preparing of her student visa; until the result came-out as refused, with the ground stated above, and she thought of searching online that could best help her appeal, until she found via organic search our visa and immigration services.
