PAGASA weather forecaster Aldzar Aurelio reports about severe tropical storm "Bebinca" (international name) during a weather update at the PAGASA main office in Quezon City on Thursday.

The weather bureau continues to monitor Bebinca, which may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by Friday and will be named "Ferdie." It will continue to enhance the southwest monsoon, bringing rains to several parts of the country.(Photos by Miguel De Guzman/The Philippine STAR)
