Japan’s Autumn Leaves to Arrive Later in 2024🍂🍁

The Japan Meteorological Corporation forecasts a delayed autumn this year due to higher temperatures. Sapporo’s red Momiji leaves are expected to peak around November 7, while Tokyo and Osaka will see full color by early December. Yellow ginkgo leaves will appear in Tokyo around November 26 and in Kyoto on November 28, making late autumn the ideal time to visit Japan’s top destinations.

Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:

1. Free Rebooking

Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund

Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund

Full refund of your ticket.

CEB is also offering flexible options, which include free rebooking and a travel fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from the following destinations:

San Jose – October 22 – 24, 2024
Cauayan, Laoag, Tuguegarao - October 23- 25, 2024
Legazpi - October 24, 2024
Masbate, Naga, Virac – October 24 - 25, 2024

Passengers on these flights may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.

As this is a developing situation, some flight changes may take place as the storm passes. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status and update their contact details via the Manage Booking portal to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates.

For other questions or concerns, passengers may send a message via Charlie the virtual assistant on the Cebu Pacific website, or through CEB’s official Facebook and Twitter accounts.

𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 | Cebu Pacific Air has signed an agreement to purchase AirSWIFT Airlines from ALI Capital Corp. for ₱1.75 billion, the companies announced Monday.

The acquisition, approved by both companies' boards of directors, will add El Nido to Cebu Pacific's network and potentially increase connectivity for domestic and international travelers to key tourist destinations.
