We will not post your names here as you were a paying guests to us. We just thought that business like the ones we have must have a fair share of reviews.
To you Ma’am/Sir, we appreciate you staying here, we hope you understand that every guest’s stay must be evaluated upon check out, this is pre-requisit to check whether the property has damages or none. Each villa has attached copies of “RULES AND REGULATIONS” inside, and it clearly stated “ NO SMOKING inside” but look at the damage? We approached you nicely and you denied smoking inside Villa 1 to which we did not charge you of anything. We did not realize that by asking you, you will make nasty comments about your stay to which none of you made complaints while you were inside the property as a matter of fact you were enjoying up to the last 30 minutes even if it was our time to check. We still welcomed you and allowed you.
Sana maging patas tayo sa mga lugar kung saan bisita tayo. Oo tayo ay nagbayad pero sana maisip din natin ang bayad natin hindi sapat na dahilan para sirain ang morale ng isang staycation dahil sinita kayo nicely and in kind words. Worst, stories like isa lang Ang toilet and bath is also not true, we have 7 toilet and bath in total which all guests are free to use them. Should there be any concerns why none of you dared to ask assistance? This is an exclusive staycation and we understood privacy, guests who needed assistance simply approach our receiving area but in this case none of you asked. We even helped you with your belongings baliktad sa reviews ninyo.
We still thank you though, not all guests are like you. THERE ARE THOSE WHO APPRECIATES.
You can spend on wines and drinking bottles but you are cruel to the staff.
We strongly advise to read the details of your reservation just so you are aware and please practice calling assistance instead of making reviews after, after all you won’t get help until you get noticed as simple as that.
Thank you to those who understood and appreciated us. We were not perfect but we are not cruel to our guests.
