Here are a few info before booking with us.

🧑🏼‍💻 Bookings are made and completed Online-ONLY
(FB, Booking, Airbnb)

📸 Photos are 💯 ACTUAL. They are taken from the actual units, changes may vary (of course) since i fancy in moving furnitures around when im bored😁

🪠 Expect imperfection - some units may have sounding ACs, broken stuff, cracked paint on the walls, missed cleaning spots, maybe some missing blankets or sheets etc - just let us know! Will try our best to fix what we can. No need to get all grumpy and mushy 😵‍💫😊

🚗 Free Parking inside the community - but yes it is first come first serve and its always full. You can either park outside or opt for pay parking (basement). Please inform us in advance!

💂Security is tight - so bring your IDs and don’t park anywhere!

🏊‍♂️ The Pool is closed every Monday

⌛️ We do not accept calls/inquiries after 6pm. Text me or send me a message instead.

❎ For instances of double booking or unit issues - we transfer you to another unit or we refund, you will be informed

💎 If you are expecting luxury, please book a hotel instead. We are a regular condotel. What we provide is comfort where you can sleep, eat, swim, and have fun.
