Villa Rates:
Exclusive Whole Villa Good for 10 pax:

Weekdays: Php12,000 (Monday-Tuesday- Wednesday-Thursday)
Weekends: Php14,000 (Friday-Sat-Sun)
Holidays/ Special Non Working Days: Php17,000( FREE aircon use on Holidays)

Excess fee per person:
Overnight- 500/head
Visitor’s rate- 350/head

*Maximum of 25 persons including children more than 6 yrs old.
*rate is per night

Notes:
•Deposit 50% for reservation. Reservation fee is non refundable and non transferrable
•you are welcome to do ocular check during cleaning schedule between 12:30-2pm only but advise us prior to visit (outside the house only)
•No room service
•Provide your own food supply but free usage of kitchen facility
•No Corkage (Food and drinks) except lechon and outside catering
•Rate is good for up to 10 pax (1-10pax)
•Visitors are included in the head count at 350/head
•Strictly No Pets allowed
