ALL restrictions on non-essential outbound travel by Filipinos have been lifted by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF), Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque announced Tuesday, July 7, 2020.
Under IATF’s Resolution no. 52, the non-essential outbound travel by Filipinos shall be subject to the following conditions:
▪️Submission of confirmed roundtrip tickets for those traveling on tourist visas;
▪️Adequate travel health insurance to cover rebooking and accommodation expenses;
▪️Allowed entry by the destination country in accordance with travel, health and quarantine restrictions;
▪️Execution of a Declaration acknowledging the risk of the travel; and
▪️Upon return, shall follow the guidelines of returning overseas Filipinos of the National Task Force.

REQUIREMENTS FOR TRAVEL IN AND OUT OF DAVAO CITY
Good day.
As per PAL airport operations manager, passengers departing from Davao are now hereby required to have a Travel Pass to be acquired from the PNP, thus making requirements for outbound passengers the ff:
▶️Health Certificate
▶️Travel pass from PNP
To summarize, please see updated requirements below:⤵️
🛬For Incoming Pax
1. Health Declaration/locator form (CAAP form) for airline to reproduce.
-Origin station to give form to passenger upon check-in
-Passenger to accomplish form on board
-Davao City Health personnel to collect form at arrival area upon
passing through a thermal scanner.
2.) Travel Pass and Health certificate
-For Davao City Residents NOT compulsory
-For passengers with connecting land trip to neighboring cities or
municipalities, good to have one since we have no idea what their
LGU's travel requirements are.
🛬For Incoming Pax from International Flights with connecting flights to DVO
1 .) Health certificate
2.) Rapid Swab Testing in MNL (to be guided by NAIA personnel on where to take tests; OFWs are free of charge, all other else are on their expense)
3.) Confirmed hotel booking while waiting for the results of their swab test (on passenger's own expense; results take three days or so)
4.) If passenger is negative, he/she can proceed with domestic flight and refer to Incoming Pax items 1 & 2 for requirements. Should there be a need to rebook MNL-DVO flight.
5.) If passenger is positive, passenger will have to be endorsed to proper health officers for isolation. MNL-DVO flights can likewise be involuntarily rebooked.

2.) Travel pass to be acquired from PNP
