The Special Resident Retiree’s Visa (SRRV) is a special non-immigrant visa for foreign nationals who would like to make the Philippines their second home or investment destination.
It can give an indefinite stay with numerous entry and exit privileges, exemptions from the Philippine Bureau of Immigration ACR-I Card (Annual Report), and Exit Clearance, allowing SRRV holders to expedite travel preparations and eliminate administrative procedures.

According to the memorandum, government office work is suspended on March 27, 2024, from 12:00 PM onwards, allowing their employees to observe Maundy Thursday and Good Friday on March 28-29, 2024, and facilitating their travel to and from different regions in the country.

However, we will be open the entire day on Wednesday. If you have any transactions with the Bureau of Immigration or the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA), please process them before the specified time.

We would like to inform you that our office will be closed due to the national holiday.

"Malacañang issued Proclamation No. 453 declaring Friday, February 9, 2024, a special non-working day throughout the country for the celebration of the Chinese New Year.

“The declaration of 09 February 2024, Friday, as an additional special non-working day throughout the country will give the people the full opportunity to celebrate the Chinese New Year and enable our countrymen to avail of the benefits of a longer weekend,” read the proclamation signed by the President and Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin.

The Palace issuance, signed on January 18, 2024, directs the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) to issue appropriate circular in implementing the proclamation for the private sector.

Proclamation No. 368 dated October 11, 2023, declared February 10, 2024, (Chinese New Year), Saturday, as a special non-working day throughout the country."
