For those who want to book a flight, it can be done but still it's a gamble because anytime our government can stop/adjust what is presently implemented due to what we are facing right now. So for those who wants to gamble, we will accept flight bookings but if there are any sudden changes announce by our government and the airlines that will leads to a flight cancellation, Please do not blame us and for the process of refund or rebooking, we will not be able to cater that anymore. You'll have to proceed to the airline offices or their websites base on your e-tickets.

Hi All, Due to uncertainty we're experiencing right now on Active Airlines, We're not gonna accept any flight bookings for the moment not until we get a concrete information coming from the airlines and by our government that flights are OK and not to be cancelled several days after booking.
We're hoping that flights may be totally available for this coming July and so on, until then we're going to post immediately for any updates available. Stay Safe Everyone!

MANILA - Cebu Pacific said Friday evening it will cancel domestic flights to and from Metro Manila from March 15 to April 14, 2020 ahead of the 'community quarantine' in the metropolis.

Flight cancellations from March 15 to April 14, 2020

ALL Cebu Pacific DOMESTIC flights to and from Manila are CANCELLED from March 15 (Sunday) until April 14 (Tuesday), in line with the Philippine government directive for a community quarantine over Metro Manila to contain the spread of the Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19).

However, Cebu Pacific will continue to operate flights from our hubs in Manila, Clark and Cebu. For FULL LIST, go to http://bit.ly/Mar15-Apr14flights

Passengers on cancelled flights can choose from any of these options:

-Travel ahead of original schedule on flights until March 14, 2020, free of charge (subject to space availability)

-Rebook the flight, with change fees and fare difference waived.

-Store the full value of the ticket in a Travel Fund. This is valid for 180 days and can be used to book any Cebu Pacific flight within the next 12 months

-Get a full refund

Passengers on ALL Cebu Pacific flights until April 30, 2020 who wish to rebook or cancel their flights have the following options:

Free Rebooking - Change fee is waived. Fare difference may apply.

Travel Fund - Put the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund. The Travel Fund can be redeemed within 180 days and can be used for bookings as far as 12 months out

You may manage your bookings through bit.ly/CEBmanageflight.

Passengers who book flights until April 30, 2020 (regardless of travel date and route) will get to avail of CEB Flexi for free. CEB Flexi allows passengers to rebook their flights up to two times. Simply select the “CEB Flexi” add-on during booking.
