DAILY RATE:
Studio Type Room: PHP 700 per day (good for 2 persons), additional person is PHP 150 per day
MONTHLY RATE FOR STUDIO TYPE ROOMS:
Small FULLY FURNISHED Room: PHP 6,000 per month
Medium FULLY FURNISHED Room: PHP 7,000 per month
Large FULLY FURNISHED Room: PHP 7,500 per month
MONTHLY RATE FOR APARTMENTS:
2 Bedroom FULLY FURNISHED Apartment with own garage:PHP 12,000 per month
3 Bedroom (1 storey) FULLY FURNISHED Apartment with own garage: PHP 15,000 per month
3 Bedroom (2 stories) FULLY FURNISHED Apartment with own garage: PHP 20,000 per month
POLICY FOR MONTHLY RATES
-Stay is considered as One (1) month even if it falls below 30 days.
-There is a requirement of two months secuirty deposit. REASON: The one month deposit will be applied to the rent, The 2nd month Deposit will be applied to payment of the bills. The EXCESS deposit will be REFUNDED upon check-out.
- Electric bills are paid by the occupant (each unit has electric meter). This will be computed based on Davao Light and Power Charges.
- Water Bill is Php 100/month per Head.
- Cable TV is PHP 500 per month for digital box sky cable.
- Internet Fee is PHP 500 per month per unit.
* SKY CABLE and INTERNET CONNECTIONS ARE OPTIONAL. Just inform the mgmt if you do not want to have cable and internet connections so that these services will removed from your account.
- Occupant cleans his own room & maintains sanitation.
- Occupant should report water leakage or electrical problem immediately.
- Occupant must inform caretaker at least 5 days before check out. ITEMS FOUND IN THE ROOM:
Plates, bowls, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, can opener, drinking glass, saucer cups, water pitcher, table mats, pillow with case, bed sheet, blanket, trash can, flower vase, frying pan, cooking pan, sandok - utensils, broom, glass mirror, water pail or tabu, bidet spray, comfort brush, electric kettle, electric stove, plate cabinet, air-condition, water heater, and floor mop.
