Please do not proceed to the airport if your flight is cancelled, but instead avail of the rebooking options below.
FOR PASSENGERS OF CANCELLED FLIGHTS:
You have the option to:
1. Convert your ticket to Travel Credits equivalent to the unused base fare of your ticket. Voucher validity is one year (1) year from date of issuance.
2. Rebook or Reroute your ticket to another flight with available space within 60 days from the original flight in the same booking class or higher within the same cabin class.
3. Refund ticket without penalties, excluding Ticketing Service Charge
You may access the online self-reaccommodation tool for flight rebooking. Simply click the Manage Booking Tab and then select the Flight Disruptions radio button in our homepage https: www.philippineairlines.com.

Additional Flight Cancellations due to Tropical Storm Odette (Rai)

Due to Severe Tropical Storm Odette (Rai), Cebu Pacific will cancel additional flights on December 16, 2021:

Affected passengers have been informed via contact details provided in the booking. They may select their preferred option through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight) until 30 days from the date of departure:

Rebook
Rebook for travel within 60 days at no additional cost, following CEB’s permanent removal of change fees. Fare difference waived.

Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet valid for two (2) years and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (e.g. baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

Refund
The process may take up to two (2) months from the date of request.

Passengers are advised to refer to the previous advisory (Cebu Pacific Advisory #2) for the list of other cancelled flights.

CEB continues to operate its other domestic flights, however it continues to offer flexible options for passengers booked on select domestic flights who wish to voluntarily postpone their flights. The full list may be found below (Cebu Pacific Advisory #2).
