REAL ESTATE IN-HOUSE SALES EXECUTIVE (Davao-based)

JOB TYPE:
Full-time/Project-based

OFFICE LOCATION:
Maa, Davao City

THE ROLE:
As an In-House Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our current project. You’ll take charge of the sales process - from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, and expanding your network to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree holder
✔️ Proven sales performer with at least 3 years of sales experience (preferably in Real Estate or Insurance)
✔️ Minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
✔️ A deep and established client base you can leverage for leads
✔️ Having an existing sales team is a huge plus
✔️ Experience as an in-house seller of a property developer is an advantage
✔️ Davao City-based, with the flexibility to travel across Southern Mindanao
✔️ Strong communication skills (oral and written) and social media savvy
