The Accounting and Admin Officer supervises team members, provides administrative support, and ensures that daily office operations are performed seamlessly and efficiently. She handles the financial record keeping of an organization, gathering accurate and thorough applications of clients and suppliers, and encoding and managing client database.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
👉 Supervising the day-to-day operations of the staff members
👉 Maintaining and reviewing financial records
👉 Managing business accounts and preparing financial statements
👉 Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses
👉 Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws
👉 Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions
👉 Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems
👉 Overseeing special projects and tracking progress toward company goals
👉 Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
👉 Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained
👉 Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Business Administration, Management or similar
✅ With at least 3 years of accounting and admin experience preferably in real estate
✅ Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other accounting software
✅ Very good written and oral English communication skills
✅ Meticulous in monitoring and file management
