WANDERLAAGS CO. is one of the newly established local tour providers in the City of Davao . It was founded on December 17, 2016.
WANDERLAAGS derived from the word "Wanderlust" which means a strong desire to travel. Wanderlaags Team has few reasons why they came into Tourism Market. One fact is to share the uniqueness, amazing features, attractions and the wonders of nature that can only be discovered and experienced in PINAS (PH)

GENERAL
The following terms and conditions apply to all customers and clients of WANDERLAAGS Co. All details contained herein are, to the best of our knowledge, correct and it is in good faith that we have published them.
PAYMENTS, BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS
Please ensure that you have read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions and have raised any questions you may have before making an actual/online payment.
When you make a booking with us, you undertake that you have the authority to accept and do accept these booking conditions on behalf of yourself and your party. It is the sole responsibility of the representative (the person who made the booking) to inform all other members of the group of the contents of these terms and conditions.
A Down payment is required to secure the slots. In any event, the full balance of your Travel Package must be credited to Wanderlaags Co. upon the day of Tour. Wanderlaags Co. tour coordinator will collect your balances.
By processing payment you agree to be legally bound to these Terms and Conditions which shall take effect immediately once we receive the payment. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions, please do not process any payment.
Rates and details of the tour packages are subject to change without prior notice. We reserves the right to change our prices on this page at any time before you complete a paid booking including any special rates that we may offer from time to time.
Reservations are FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. Those who first settle the down payment will be first prioritised.
Child Policy: 5 years old and below are free of charge but entrance fees and RORO fare are own account. The child shall be carried on lap and NO seat allocation on any service vehicle and is required to share bed with the adult on accommodation. 6 years old above applies regular rate.
Our travel packages are not in conjunction with any discounts- Senior Citizen, PWD & Students.
Discounts will be given to those groups that exceed 10 persons except for EXCLUSIVE TOURS. This discount is applicable for JOINERS ONLY.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY
100 % payment of the package price shall be charged if cancellation is made on the day of the trip. ( See EXCLUSIVE TOUR and JOINER TOUR Policy)
Cancellation and Reschedule shall be made 15 days prior to confirmed dates. A cancellation and Reschedule fee will be charge also w/ the following fees:
IF CANCELLATION has been made 15 days before, Refund of the reservation will be given minus the Cancellation Fee. If the person fail to inform us 15 days before, AUTOMATICALLY RESERVATION WILL BE FORFEITED.
If bookings or reservation has been paid 14 days before the trip, YOUR BOOKINGS IS ALREADY CONSIDERED FINAL. This means also that you are no longer can avail the cancellation and reschedule fee policy. (Reservations will be forfeited once you cancel/ oblige to pay the full amount of the package if cancellation has been made on the day of the trip)
If participant cancelled the tour due to cancelled flight from airline, he/ she should present a flight schedule with reference no. and advance notice of cancelled flight from airlines via pm. If happen, no refund shall be given but is not oblige to pay the remaining balance.
All finalised bookings can be transferred to another person. (A person who is not yet included on your bookings, it can either be transferred to another FRIEND/FAMILY only.)
Rescheduling is no longer allowed 14 days before the TRIP.
Wanderlaags Co. Reserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number of guest is not met. Our Agency will give the FULL Refund of your reservation fee or guest may opt to reschedule with the available dates published on our page. (Travel calendar pinned to top)
IF NO TEXT or UPDATE has been sent to you a day before the tour, please reach us immediately via pm or the contact no’s appeared in the page.
All tours and transfers are guaranteed to be rendered, however schedule may change or even cancelled in case of unfavourable weather conditions that will risk the lives of participants. Should there be any cancellation of tour resulting from bad weather or rough seas, Our agency will give the full refund of your reservation.
PROMOS
Cancellation Fee and Reschedule Fee does not apply for PROMO packages offered.
BOOKINGS are automatically FORFEITED once you cancelled.
NO RESCHEDULING ALLOWED.
Not VALID for Exclusive tour.
REFUNDS
RESERVATION FEES ARE ONLY REFUNDABLE if we cancel due to target slots were not filled/ bad weather.
NO REFUNDS will be given for registered participants that do not come in time.
There will be no refund for shortened stays including tours, rooms, checked in and checked out on the same day.
In such case we will not be liable for any refund, compensation, or any additional cost incurred by you. We cannot accept liability for the behaviour of others on your tour nor if any facilities curtailed as a result of their actions.
In case of unresolved conflict, Wanderlaags Co. has the right to discontinue its service immediately to avoid further damages and inconveniences for both parties. Any refund amount shall be determined and deduct with a REASONABLE amount based on the used room, vehicle, tour boat, gasoline, equipment’s coordination fee and other “consumed services”.
Approved refunds can take 3-6 days to send or appear in your account. Patience and understanding is highly appreciated. Rest assured we will process your refunds at our earliest convenience.
INSURANCE
There is no covered insurance in our tour. However, Guest may opt to apply to ensure a worry-free travel. We have partnered with a leading travel insurance provider in the country.
Guest must guarantee that they do not have any serious medical conditions such as hypertension, heart and orthopedic problems unless recommended by a licensed physician. Certification must be presented upon booking.
WANDERLAAGS Co., its employees, representatives, and tour coordinators shall not be responsible and liable for any injury, death, accident or damage sustained in the course of availing any accommodation, transportation, or other indicated services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence or defects of vehicles, breakdown of equipment, acts of God, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, change, delay or cancellation in the itinerary.
EXCLUSIVE TOUR
Minimum of 14 persons to avail. Participants are free to choose any date available.
In case of a last minute back-out or no show, the representative of the group will be responsible for the payment of his/her balance.
JOINER TOUR
Groups lower than 14 persons have to join in with other groups to complete the slots.
Wanderlaags Co. has the right to accommodate 2 to 5 vans open for joiners tour.
If in any case that won’t be able to complete the slots, we’ll notify within 2 to 5 days before the departure day and reschedule your tour and if not possible, refund your fees.
In case of a last minute back-out or no show, the representative of the group will be responsible for the payment of his/her balance.
PICK UP AND DROP OFF POINT & TIME
Pick up and Drop off at 7’11 beside Green Banana Hotel Bajada near Pryce Tower @ the back of LandCo. Bldg.
Please be at the pick up point on or before the designated time. An allowance of 15 minutes only will be given for late comers. The company has the right to depart without waiting for other participants. In this event, no refunds will be given for registered guest that do not come in time.
No seat reservation/arrangement (except for Senior Citizen, PWD) First come first serve basis upon meet up. Arrangement of Seats is final once our van departs and NO MORE SHUFFLING. This will be your seat until the tour ends.
ITINERARY
Itinerary is subject to change depending on the time management & cooperation of the group, road and weather conditions (change in terms of the activity sequence)
Wanderlaags Co. reserves the right to change our suggested itineraries at any time and at our discretion. As professionals, we will endeavor to avoid this.
Wanderlaags Co. accept no responsibility for weather conditions that may affect the delivery and implementation of our itineraries. Under certain conditions, we may cancel some of your tour activities for your safety.
We cannot give you a 100 percent guarantee that all of the islands schedule for Island Hopping will be visited. The number of islands covered during Island hopping activities will always depend on current weather conditions and sea levels. Wanderlaags Co. don’t want to take risk of running the boat on coral reefs during low tide.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Always Travel Light ( Clothes and personal items only)
At all times PLEASE Show courtesy and respect to our representatives. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the tour at the management’s discretion.
Our appointed Tour coordinator/representative may need to make a decision in the interests of safety. If you do not comply with the said representative and are not compatible with the general enjoyment and well being of members of the tour, we reserve the right to refuse to allow you to continue the tour.
RESTRICTIONS
Trolley, child stroller, Ice cooler, 5 gallon water etc. are not allowed in joiner tour unless authorized or approved by Wanderlaags Co. chat support.
STRICTLY NO DRUNK participants allowed. If you force to, we may do some legal actions with the authorities. On this case, NO Refunds will be given.
Pregnant women are not allowed. (Joining the tour is upon the doctor’s advice)
PETS are not allowed.
Littering, vandalism or carving your names into the stones is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.; Anyone caught doing this act , will be punishable under the law/local tourism. Let us follow the LEAVE NO TRACE Principle as much as possible.
CONCERNS AND COMPLAINTS
Please do not hesitate to raise your concerns to Wanderlaags Co. tour coordinator during the tour, he/she will assist you in regards to your concern.
If you may wish to make a formal complaint against Wanderlaags Co., please inform one of our staff at the time.
If the matter cannot be resolved immediately or during the tour after the staffs best Endeavour’s to do so, your complaint should be sent to our page message box so that your complaint can be investigated. You will be assured of Respect and courtesy while your complaint is being dealt with.
