Huge congratulations to our very own Arnie Macañeras for bagging 2nd Runner Up among great and strong trail runners across Asia.

Yesterday Sept.14,2024 held at Kota Kinabalo, Sabah Malaysia he competes with other strong trail runners with the hopes of bagging Asia Trail Master 2024, yet in the end Jeff Campbell from Canada ( currently residing in Hong Kong) won the race, and Hisashi Kitamura from Japan sprints his self at the final 5kms uphill where he caught Arnie in the last 1km of the race enduring his cramps. He finished the 80km race with unofficial time of 9:56:16.

Still the local hero of Davao del Sur, Arnie run his heart out to a podium finish.

Congratulations also to John Stingray Onifa, who sustain stomach ache in the later part of the race ( he's leading the first 53 kms of the race) . Still a great performance for him and proving that listening to your body during a race is more important than winning it, there's always room for a COMEBACK
