What sets Peaks and Waves apart from other accommodations is its ownership by a cooperative (Kilusang Lima Para sa Lahat Multipurpose Cooperative or K5) of local farmers, workers, and small entrepreneurs who are dedicated to environmental protection, support of the local community, and strengthening of organizations.
