Champion: Pawikan Hatchery (Environment);

Champion: Taste of Dipolog (Business-Friendliness)

Runner-up: Sagip Bata (Peace & Order).

The above awards were received by Hon. Darel Uy in Zamboanga City, accompanied by First Lady Vanessa Uy.
