Please be advised of the following updates from Philippine Airlines:

- Amendment in carry-on baggage policy effective today, 11 July 2023.
- All Philippine Airlines domestic flights to and from Manila to continue to operate from Terminal 2 of Manila's Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). Starting July 17, 2023, the departures (check-in) and arrivals (baggage claim) areas for PAL domestic flights will be the following:

SOUTH WING OF NAIA TERMINAL 2 for flights to and from:

- Antique
- Basco
- Busuanga (Coron)
- Calbayog
- Catarman
- Siargao

NORTH WING OF NAIA TERMINAL 2 for flights to and from:

- All other PAL domestic destinations For your reference and guidance.

Dear Sir/Madam:
Further to the "No Vax, No Ride" policy implemented last January 17, 2022 for domestic travel in and out NCR, please be advised of airline and ferry handling for affected passengers who wish to make changes in their booking.

PHILIPPINE AIRLINES
In order for a passenger to qualify for the penalty waiver, proof of non-vaccination must be presented upon the request of rebook or refund of their ticket. Acceptable proof of non-vaccination may be any of the following:

a. Barangay Certificate
b. Notarized Affidavit of non-vaccination
c. Vaccine Card (partially vaccinated)

Note: Minor passengers below 12 years old shall be exempted from proof of non-vaccination. Document (Birth Certificate) or Government issued identification shall be required to validate minor passengers' age. Penalties to be exempted shall only apply to Change fee and Refund Fee. Passengers who did not cancel their confirmed reservation at least 4 hours prior to the book flight time, Non-users Fee or No Show shall apply.

AIRASIA PHILIPPINES
Proof of non-vaccination will only be required if rebooking or refund is requested less than 24hrs before or past the scheduled departure. Documents to present, but not limited to, may be any of the following:

a. Barangay Certificate
b. Notarized Affidavit of non-vaccination
c. Vaccine Card (partially vaccinated)

CEBU PACIFIC
Unvaccinated passengers may avail of waived rebooking and refund charges without presenting documents to support non-vaccination, however, changes are highly encouraged to be requested 4hrs before the scheduled departure. Requests filed within 4hrs from the flight schedule will be tagged as No Show resulting in forfeiture of ticket value.

2GO TRAVEL
Passenger may avail of waived revalidation and refund fee without presenting proof of non-vaccination, however, changes are highly encouraged to be requested before the scheduled departure.

Fare differences, on the other hand, may apply depending on available booking class on the rebooking date. With this, we would like to seek your extended patience and understanding if there will be delays in processing your requests as we are also dependent on airlines to secure waivers of supposed charges to be able to offer the best recovery option for affected passengers.
