*Monday to Saturday Schedule
*Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS:

REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least 18 years old
2. High School Graduates only
3. PSA/NSO birth certificate
4. Marriage Certificate
5. High School Diploma/Form 138
6. Passport Size ID (4pcs) (Formal attire, no name tag and white background)
7. Barangay Clearance/Cert. of Indigency
