NEW PRICE LIST EFFECTIVE MONDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 2024

We have made good progress with our 2024 resort renovation and our new price list is below.

SAVE CASH and BOOK NOW to reserve your desired dates e.g. Christmas 2024, New Year or Holy Week 2025 or any other future dates you like. Bookings made before November 11, 2024 will be charged at our current, cheaper prices. Please check our page (in the "Featured" section) to view these prices.

All of these kubos will soon have brand new air conditioning units:
Kubo ONE (photo below): Two air-con units (one in each bedroom)
Kubos TWO, SIX and EIGHT: One air-con unit in the bedroom

Here are the other improvements we have either made already or we will be completing shortly:

- Two brand new cottage style kubos with nipa roofs (photos below). These are now in place.
- All of our other kubos will have green, metal roofs.
- All of our kubos with bedrooms will be overhauled and have a fresh coat of varnish
- Grass laid on the driveway to the main house
- Brand new floor fan in all kubos to replacing the ageing tower fans

Here are our brand new cottage-style kubos that we are showing for the very first time.

They make a very pleasing contrast to our other kubos, in terms of both color and roof design, and we have no plans to change them in any way.

The large cottage (good for 15 pax) replaces the previous large cottage next to our swimming pool. The small cottage replaces our previous small cottage near to Kubo One and the front lawn.

KUBOS TWO, SIX AND EIGHT

We have ordered three brand new 0.5 hp aircons from Lazada and they will be arriving with us soon.

Kubos Two, Six and Eight already have new, sliding windows in place and we plan to fit the aircons as soon as they arrive.

When the aircons are operating, the overnight price of these three kubos will increase from 1500 pesos to (at least) 2000 pesos.

Our recommendation here is to make a booking with us before our prices go up!

Another cooling change. This one afffects all of our kubos: The ageing tower fans are replaced by new, 16 inch, Astron floor fans.

RBR's Violeta yesterday planted eight Eugenia shrubs next to the driveway into our main car park (see photo). Great job! They will, eventually, form a useful and attractive red/green hedge. We just need to buy four more of these Eugenia shrubs to complete the hedge.

The next gardening project is to plant a herb garden. The herbs will be planted in the same bed as our curry tree (in the front garden). We wish to buy the following live plants: Basil, Chives, Green onion, Oregano, Parsley, Rosemary, Sage, Tarragon and Thyme.

PART OF 2024 RESORT UPGRADE

Is air conditioning necessary at our resort? The answer is "not really" as it gets pretty cool at night here in Gabaldon. However, the majority of Filipinos expect air conditioning (even if it is not needed).

So, what we are we going to do as resort owners to try and please our guests? Answer: We are going to give people the option of kubos with aircon (more expensive) and kubos without aircon (cheaper, of course).

These kubos should have air conditioning units fitted and operational within the next month or so ...........................

As we mentioned previously, we are soon going to make a lot of changes to our resort and our prices will go up either in November or December.

We did plan to close our resort for a couple of months (just to get the work done) but we have accepted so many bookings that we now need to stay open and honor the bookings.

You need to make a reservation with us early for Christmas. Saturday, December 21, is already fully booked. You can book any time in October at these guaranteed prices ...........................

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your booking with us, you may choose one of these two options:
1. Pick alternative date/s for your stay. 100% of your cash deposit will be retained by us. You may only change your date/s once without losing your deposit
2. Cancel your booking outright. We will refund to you an amount of 50% of your paid deposit amount.
The above two options are ONLY AVAILABLE TO YOU providing that you inform us of your cancellation MINIMUM TWO DAYS (48 hours) before your scheduled check-in date
