From enjoying a coffee at .siargao ☕️ at .official to having a Good Times day with an old friend Sandy 🏊‍♂️ 🎣 🏝️ with Captain .

Bumped into Sandy (one of my first customers back in 2012, I think) while getting coffee. We ended up having a beautiful day on the islands. We entangled our fishing lines and ended up swimming at one of the “biggest blues” I’ve ever experienced halfway between Daku and La Januza Island. Nobody in sight. Had kiniloy (kinilaw by Eloy, coconut water, fish,…) Just like the good old days!

Just good ingredients, combining the prime Meat 🥩 and ingredients in with the vegetable in the local market.

Kitayama Patties, White onions, Italian butter, White wine, Button mushrooms, garlic cloves, homemade beef broth, EVO, salt, Pepper, parsley as garnish (i would add a bit of Worcestershire Sauce if you have)
