Our first trip outside the country after the pandemic -- KUALA LUMPUR. This was made possible by Club Wyndham Asia.

The hotel, RAMADA SUITES by WYNDHAM KLCC is at the center of the city that most tourist attractions are just nearby. The hotel has an ambience of warmth, carefree and trust. Checking in was so smooth and no fuss.

Breakfast on the 8th floor is truly fabulous and refreshing. The gentle breeze of morning fresh air, clean surroundings, an array of mostly Indian cuisine with ever-present fruits, and an attentive crew on the ground had always made our breakfast palate satisfying and enjoyable. Moreover, the simple amenities such as the swimming pool, laundry, and gym made our stay easier and very convenient. We are very grateful for the accommodating attitude, esp. the smiles and the ready hands to capture our moments here and there, of the hotel staff and team since day 1 is simply amazing and recommendable.

Very thankful that we’re accommodated in a corner room on the 15th floor, where we are always greeted, day in and day out, with a grand view of KL skyline on one window while on another is a dwarfy feeling due to the towering skyscrapers right in front of us. The room may not be that fancy but spacious enough and all the stuff we need for a good stay is provided, well maintained, cleaned, and timely replaced. The hotel’s proximity and accessibility to the sites we intended to visit were surprisingly within walkable distances.

Alor street food and night market is a walking distance that we enjoyed it so much for its vibrant atmosphere, fresh fruits (plenty), great food and very reasonable and affordable price.

Cebu Pac Advisory Oct 3,
Many travelers are waiting for the usual selling of Superpass vouchers from Cebu Pacific previously scheduled March and October of each year. Some travel agencies are taking advantage of this promotion to also entice travelers to book from them.
I am a Superpass Voucher user for 3 years now and from my experience,

1. You need to book and pay for the Superpass Vouchers and assign the names of the travelers.
2. You can use the voucher within one year.
3. But You can book it within 30 days to 1 month before actual travel.

WCA always reminds us that there is no "book and buy/pay later" in the system, it is always BOOK and BUY. So, I cannot understand how other travel agencies promote Superpass on their website.

Yes, we travelled to KL with 10 pages documents😄 But oficially the documents needed for travel to KL are just as simple as the following:

1. Passport Valid within 6 mos on arrival
2. Copy of Return ticket
3. Hotel Voucher/booking
4. VISA is not required for Filipinos

While RT-PCR is not required:
* it is best to keep handy your vaccination certificate
* it is best that you purchase an insurance (coverage includes Covid 19) through your
airline. These two items give you stress/worry-free travel.
E-travel registration is a must for departure and arrival in the Philippines.

Important Reminder: If you are 60 to 69 years old, do not line up at Immigration Counter for Elderly persons in KL. Priority Lane/counter for elderly is for 70 years old and above.

We travelled to KL, our first after Pandemic and Yes, we have 2 sets (for me & hubby) of 10 pages documents prepared for smooth boarding and immigration pass. The airport ' bruha ha' has caused paranoia esp to seniors like us travelling on our own.

And indeed, if you are prepared, everything is GREAT. Perhaps, we could also give credits to those who are truly serving from their hearts. There are few who are deviant but still there are many committed airport officers and staff who give us a smile, a nod and a warm greeting enough to make our experience delightful.
