In a memorandum dated September 1, Tagaytay City Mayor Agnes Tolentino issued guidelines for establishments, offices, businesses, transportation, religious groups, churches, and barangays.

Tolentino said all establishments permitted to operate are required to adhere to the health standards and protocols to protect their workers and guests.

Hotels are allowed to operate only up to 50 percent of their capacity upon securing clearance or accreditation from the Department of Tourism.

Private vehicles travelling to and from Tagaytay will be allowed provided that physical distancing is observed inside the vehicle, Tolentino added.

β€œThe Tagaytay City Oval and the Skateboard and BMX tracks shall be opened daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. only,” Tolentino said, noting that only up to 50 percent capacity of these amusement areas. --Joviland Rita/LBG, GMA News

Good day πŸ™‚ I start posting here for more updates.

I pray that everyone is still fighting and taking courage to the next level. Just hang on [i"m telling this to myself as well] as I can see that we are very near to going back to our normal lives...Let us pray earnestly that we can regain our momentum and that is not impossible. There are many countries nowadays that are covid-free already for 100 days [ ex. Thailand]. So if they are able to be in that state then we can also do it!

Ajah lang!
We can make it in God's grace! πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½

β€œWe plan to increase the number of routes and flights in the coming months, if allowed by aviation authorities, global public health conditions, and the travel environment,” PAL said.

Moreover, airline said it is strictly implementing β€œnew normal” practices to protect passengers.

β€œWe wish to remind all passengers to bring your own face masks or facial coverings, as you are now required to wear face masks at all times – at the airport and also throughout your flight,” it added.

β€œWe also encourage you to check-in online and arrive early at the airport to allocate extra time for new safety procedures (thermal scanning, social distancing practices for queuing, etc.) – at least three hours prior to departure for domestic flights; and four hours prior to departure for international flights,” it said.

According to PAL, its cabin crew have undergone rapid antibody testing prior to the flight, and will be wearing full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for protection on board the flight.

A modified meal and snack service will be offered on board, using sealed packaging instead of traditional meals, it added.

β€œAll PAL aircraft are equipped with high-technology systems that continuously infuse fresh air across the cabin (cabin air is replaced every two to three minutes), as well as HEPA filters .

Keep safe, immortals! Please read πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡
Don't forget to wear face mask and bring alcohol/sanitizer everytime you go out from your bat cave starting tomorrow! It will be wise to bring extra face mask so that you can replace it anytime or whenever necessary.
At night, before going to bed, do steam inhalation/steam therapy/Suob or Tuob. Daghan kaug ngalan oi.. here are the steps:
1. Put water in a pot and boil
2 Add 1 table spoon of rock salt
3. Add ample slices of ginger and let it boil for another 2 to 3 minutes
4. Prepare cloth to cover your head. A towel or small blanket will do.
5. Remove the pot from the stove and place it in a safe platform/table
6. Cover your head with a cloth and position your face directly above the pot
7. Open the pot slightly, enough to release certain heat that you can tolerate
8. Inhale the steam through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Continue doing the same process for 10-15 minutes or until there's no more heat to expel from the pot
9. Pat your face with a clean towel. You may also change your clothes if you sweat a lot. Drink lukewarm water once done
10. Repeat the same procedure every morning, before going to work, and every night before going to bed. If you wish to, you can do this steam inhalation for the whole body. Just make sure you are using a big blanket to cover your body.
Take note:
The virus is fatty. And because of its nature, it can easily be dissolved through heat exposure.
Be safe because i care!
Protect yourself because your family cares for you!
Be healthy so you can be with your family!

This is my simple gesture of letting you know that we can still live and continue earning a living even in the midst of the New Normal situation.
Don't forget to pray always for you and your family's safety. Always acknowledge our Lord God for His undying love and protection, for His blessings and grace, for His mercy and care πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™
