When booking via Airbnb app on the link provided on the messenger, click "RESERVE" and will opt you to send a message to the owner... then wait for the "PReAPPROVAL" from the owner ... then you only have 24 hrs to click on the confirmation... you will receive an auto email from AIRBNB .

Thank you for staying with us Tandoc family. This was a late post, those times when we were starting to rent out the place on a daily basis thru facebook website , but now we have registered it under AIRBNB app, easy booking :)

We can accomodate up to 4 guests to sleep overnight. However, if you need to celebrate a simple bday, additional fees apply as long as visitors leave the unit before 10pm and only 4 pax to sleep over night... We have public cctv camera to monitor the in and out of people and only registered person can stay.
