2GO Travel informs its passengers that voyages from and to Manila and Batangas are suspending operations today, July 24, 2023. This is based on Philippine Coast Guard Sea Travel Advisory where Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No 1 and 2 are hoisted over parts of Luzon including waters of Manila. Resumption of voyages will be based on weather and sea condition as maybe declared by PAGASA. Below voyages are CANCELLED.

Cancelled Flights Due to Super Typhoon Egay (International Name: Doksuri)

As of July 25, 2023; 7:00 PM

Due to Super Typhoon Egay (International Name: Doksuri), Cebu Pacific has cancelled the following flights for July 26, 2023:
• 5J 196/197: Manila – Cauayan – Manila
• 5J 404/405: Manila – Laoag – Manila
• DG 6177/6178: Manila – Masbate – Manila
• DG 6031/6032: Manila – San Jose – Manila
• 5J 504/505: Manila – Tuguegarao – Manila
• 5J 506/507: Manila – Tuguegarao – Manila

Affected passengers have been informed via email and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:

1. Free Rebooking
Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund
Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet valid for six (6) months and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund
The process may take up to two (2) months from the date of request.

CEB is also offering flexible options, either free rebooking or Travel Fund, to passengers who wish to postpone their flights to and from the following destinations:
•July 26 – 28: Caticlan (Boracay), Coron (Busuanga), Legazpi (Daraga), Naga, Taipei, Virac
•July 27 – 28: Cauayan, Laoag, Masbate, San Jose, Tuguegarao

They may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure through the Manage Booking portal.

This is a developing situation. As such, there may be more flight changes as the typhoon passes. Guests are urged to check real-time flight status updates via https://www.cebupacificair.com/flight-status.

2GO PETS POLICY

Please see below updated requirements in bringing pets onboard with passenger/s or pet owner/s:

1. Properly caged (provided by the pet owner).

2. Must be accompanied by passenger.

3. Veterinary Health Certificate (VHC from your Vet) shall be valid for three (3) calendar days upon its date of issuance.

4. Vaccinated against rabies not more than 1 year but not less than 14 days at the time of departure/shipment with a Rabies Vaccination Certificate/Record signed by a licensed Veterinarian.

5. Shipping Permit from Bureau of Animal Industry shall be valid seven (7) calendar days upon its date of issuance. (VHC is a pre-requisite in issuance of shipping permit).

6. Payment for the pets’ Bill of Lading depends on actual size of the cage (secured and settled at the pier on the day of departure) / smallest - P900.00.

7. Pets are not allowed in any of our accommodation. They would be placed on a separate area in the vessel. Owners are allowed to visit and feed their pets. Thank you.

We wish to remind everyone that it is prohibited to carry any type of pork, including pork-related products and by-products, whether raw, processed or cooked, in hand-carry and/or checked in baggage when flying to the following domestic destinations:

• Caticlan (MPH) – except when coming from another point in the Visayas region
• Davao (DVO)
• Dipolog (DPL)
