Congratulations to one of our members for finishing strong at the recently held Danao City International Ultra.

Tito Reggie finished top 3 in his age group - Age Group not to be mentioned - on the 50km distance with a moving time of around 12hrs.

Congrats Master Reggie Sangrador Pueda.

Last Friday, our group decided to run our first 100km. We coined the title "Capitol Run" with the goal to start at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol to Roxas Provincial Capitol. The total estimated distance of the route is 113km.

The run started on Nov 24 at 6:30PM with our Kalon Runner Titos namely Tito Greg,Tito Keny, and Tito Kevin.

It was a fun, fulfilling, and painful experience for the whole group, but sad to say that the three runners did not make it to the designated finish line.

Tito Greg opted to stop running at Dumarao with 70km distance, and 18hrs running time.

Tito Kevin stopped at Sigma with a distance of 90km, and a running time of 22hrs.

Tito Keny who was decided to finish the whole route, was forced to stop as the group had to travel to Aklan on the evening of Nov 25. Tito Keny stopped at Ivisan with a running time of 24hrs and a total distance of 100km.

Yesterday was a blast.

Three events in one day, and we wouldn't want to miss it.

Tito Greg joined the Run UP 12 Half Marathon distance, and placed 3rd in the UP Runners Category. Tikalon gid man ni sa kuno.

Kalon members Tito Keny, Tito Arr, Angkol Sam, Tita Ela and Tito Marvz joined the 1st Musang OCR race in Iloilo City where Tito Marvz placed 5th in Open Male Category. They finished strong with the 7km race that has 24 obstacles to finish. Hambal nila bitin daw.

Tito Louie, Tita Ressa, and Tita Justine didn't want to miss the event, and also participated as volunteers for Musang OCR.

Tito Chooey also joined our friends in Aklan for another outdoor adventure.

Wala man kami gapangita kabaldahan kag sakit sa lawas, but it always finds us. We love the community and the tikal that comes with it. Just kidding.
