Grayline Air Travel and Tours was established as a privately owned Company in August 2010 as a Travel agency in the Philippines, for Domestic and International services. It started operation with a clear vision to be the best travel agency company competing with the other companies. It has always kept with the ideals of providing quality services to its clients.
Grayline Air has posted enormous growth over the years as a pioneer agency. With total assets of only Php 2M when it started, it continued to grow reaching annual gross sales of 9M in 2010 after 2 ½ years of operation. As the company continued to venture into different services such as tour packages for local and international, sales continued to MULTIPLY for the past 2 ½ years of operation.
Guided by the company’s philosophy of providing good services to their clients. The company has successfully reached its vision to serve and provide quality services.
The next 10 years is a big challenge for us Travel Agency to keep up with the changing market environment to compete in the global economy. The company is preparing not only for the local market but also making itself competitive internationally for ticketing services.
