RESUMPTION OF OFFICE OPERATIONS AND FLIGHTS

Inline with the adjustment to the "new normal", we are pleased to inform all of our valued passengers that we will be once again catering to your travel inquiries.

Please see attached pictures for the following details:

1) Office Hours - We will restart operations with our 2 branches namely Robinsons Iloilo and Robinsons Jaro. We aim to resume operations for the rest of our branches in the near future.

2) Travel Requirements - All passengers must secure all documents posted in order to travel. Requirements are not needed for booking but are necessary to enter the airport.

3) Flight Schedules - All Airlines and Vessels are now accommodating bookings. Flexible options are now given to passengers wanting to rebook their flights incase of cancellations.

Note: Approved refunds through AIRASIA will be released by batch. We will text/notify passengers directly in order to claim refunds.

The Philippine Government has restricted travel to and from Metro Manila starting March 15 as part of the community quarantine to control the spread of COVID-19.

"Land, domestic air, and domestic sea travel to and from Metro Manila shall be suspended" from March 15, 2020 until April 14, 2020," subject to the daily review of the Inter-Agency Task Force," said President Rodrigo Duterte.

With this, Ticket Time Travel and Tours will be coordinating with all affected passengers who have booked their tickets through us and have Travel Dates between March - April 2020 (Domestic Flights).

Our Valued Customers will be given the following options (as per advisory of respective airlines):

CEBU PACIFIC
1. Free Rebooking: Change fee is waived. Fare difference may apply. Rebook to a new travel date on or before March 15, 2020 or after April 14, 2020.

2. Travel Fund- Put the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund. The Travel Fund can be redeemed within 180days and can be used for bookings as far as 12months out.

PAL
1. Rebook their flight to a new travel date after April 14, 2020, with waivers of rebooking fees

2. Refund the full cost of the ticket with waivers of refund fees

3. Reroute their ticket on the same fare class; fare difference rules apply
