Service Provider is responsible to you in making arrangements for the services offered as per attachment. All references to Service
Provider include its agents and employees. The carriers, accommodations and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or servants of, or joint ventures with, the Service Provider or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for
services issued by the Company are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier, and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied. If, after tour departure, the services included in the packages cannot be supplied, or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the Service Provider, the Service Provider will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expense will be payable by travelers and any resulting saving will be refunded by the Service Provider to the passengers.
Service Provider acts as an agent only, not as a provider of air, hotel and local services.
Service Provider does not assume any responsibility for the extent, quality and possible default of the hotels services. Any and all responsibility claims under any title whatsoever have to be addressed directly to the airline/hotels in question.
All services are subject to the laws of the country in which they are provided and to the conditions specified by the relevant suppliers.
Service Provider is not liable for any injury, damages, loss, delay or any other consequential damage to any person or property, which may occur through the act or default of any company or person rendering any of the services included in the arrangements or otherwise in connection therewith or of any hotel proprietor or employee. Service Provider shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages whatsoever.
