Please note the new requirements set by the Cebu City government for passengers from Metro Manila who are traveling to enter or visit Cebu City proper:

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs) and Metro Manila (NCR) - based Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APORs) who are also Cebu City Residents need to present the following requirements upon check-in in Manila.

Locally Stranded Individuals (LSIs)

1. Travel Authority issued by the PNP JT COVID Shield
2. Valid Identification Card
3. Letter of Coordination (LOC) from the Barangay residence in Cebu City
4. Medical Certificate (48 hours before departure)

Metro Manila (NCR)- based Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APORs) who are residents of Cebu City


Travel clearance from the Office of the Cebu City Mayor

Valid Identification Card

Letter of Coordination (LOC) from the Barangay residence in Cebu City

Medical certificate (48 hours before departure)

Certificate of employment

Proof of reason/ Appointment of visit in Cebu City

Roundtrip ticket


Upon arrival in Cebu, the above passengers are required to undergo:

14 days quarantine either at home, DOH accredited hotel/ pension house, or Barangay isolation centers; and

PCR Swab testing of on the third, fourth or fifth day from the date of arrival in Cebu City. (To be shouldered by Cebu City LGU).


Notes:

The following passengers are exempted from presenting a Letter of Coordination and Quarantine/ PCR Swab Test requirements:

- Passengers who merely transited through Manila (provided they will show proof of their port of origin e.g. boarding pass/ ticket)
- Passengers originating from Cebu City who are classified as APORs (Cebu City-based workers/ employers who went on a short visit to Manila)

Here’s what you need to know about the Traze Contact Tracing app.​

All passengers travelling from, to, and within the Philippines are required to have the free Traze Contact Tracing app prior to their flight. You may download the app via the Apple App Store, Samsung Galaxy Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery.​​

Passengers outside the Philippines who are unable to download the application are encouraged to first download a Virtual Private Network (VPN) application and to set the country to "Philippines".​​
​​
For passengers without mobile devices, you may proceed to the Traze Help Desk located at pre-departure and arrival areas in all Philippine airports to secure a QR code prior to entry and exit into the terminals.​​
​​
This is in line with new Philippine government rules to help stop the spread of COVID-19 through contact tracing.​​

We're back in Antique!

PAL resumes direct twice-weekly flights to San Jose, Antique from Manila using Dash 8-400NGs.

Last December 2, PAL re-opened regular flights to Antique's capital, San Jose de Buenavista, with flights from Manila every Wednesday and Saturday.

PR2905 MNL-EUQ - departs NAIA T2 at 9:00 AM and arrives in Antique at 10:20 AM

PR2906 EUQ-MNL - departs Antique at 10:50 AM and arrives in Manila (NAIA T2) at 12:10 PM.

Bisan kinsa ang mosulod sa Bohol nga wala’y labot ang mga turista magsunod sa usa ka bag-ong hugpong sa quarantine protocols sugod sa Martes, Disyembre 1, pinauyon sa Executive Order (EO) No. 54.

Mao kini ang locally stranded individuals (LSIs), overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), returning overseas Filipino (ROFs) og ang authorized persons outside residence (APOR).

Mahimong epektibo ang bag-ong mga panudlo sa quarantine pinaagi sa Section 5 sa EO 54 nga giisyu ni Bohol Governor Arthur Yap kaniadtong Nobyembre 20.

Ilalom sa mga bag-ong lagda, ang usa ka ROF, OFW, LSI o APOR gihatagan og tulo nga mga kapilian aron makasunod sa mga kinahanglanon sa quarantine sa ilang pagsulod sa probinsya.

Sa una nilang option, kinahanglan moagi sa 14 ka adlaw nga quarantine sa naaprobahan nga government facility ang usa ka ROF, LSI o OFW nga wala makakuha og reverse transcription - polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test sulod sa 72-oras sa wala pa sila moabut o ilang pag-abot sa probinsya.

Apan pwedeng pilion sa mga mobalik sa probinsya nga sundon ang 14 ka adlaw nga kinahanglanon nga quarantine sa ilang kaugalingon nga balay imbis nga i-isolate sa usa ka giaprobahan nga pasilidad.

Dugang pa niini, kinahanglan pa i-evaluate sa Rural Health Unit (RHU) ang isolation area kung mosulod ba kini sa pamantayan aron ma-kwalipikado ingon usa ka isolation facility.

Kinahanglan usab maaprobahan ang private confinement area gikan sa kagamhanang lokal nga mosiguro nga sila lang ang mopuyo sa balay o lugar diin sila i-isolate.

Sa ikaduha nga alternatibo, pwede ipailalom sa 10 ka adlaw ra nga quarantine sa usa ka aprobado nga government facility o sa balay ang mga ROF, LSI and OFW nga negatibo ang PCR test nga dili moubos sa 72 ka oras sa wala pa sila moabot sa probinsya.

Kinahanglan lang gihapon nga aprobado kini og adunay endorsement gikan sa ilang kagamhanang lokal.

PAL offers FREE Antigen Tests for MNL-GES passengers from Dec 7-17

Philippine Airlines is giving passengers of Manila - General Santos flights an early Christmas treat via free Antigen testing from December 7 to 17.

A negative Antigen test result, or alternatively an RT-PCR test, is a requirement of the General Santos local government. To avail of free antigen testing, passengers must register via PAL's testing partner’s booking portal at bit.ly/PALHMIRegForm.

Travelers to GenSan via PAL must be at the Antigen testing center at PAL Gate 3, 1300 Andrews Ave., Pasay City two to six hours before their Manila-GenSan flight.

The antigen testing center is open from 12:01AM to 4AM every Monday and Thursday.

Antigen testing may be carried out via drive-thru or walk-in. Passengers are encouraged to arrive at the testing center as early as possible for faster processing.

Results are released within 30 minutes and travelers may avail of the free PAL shuttle service to the airport.

Passengers to GenSan may opt to undergo a full RT-PCR Test at their own expense instead, through PAL's Testing Facility at the PAL Learning Center in Ermita, Manila, or through the carrier's accredited testing partners. RT-PCR tests for General Santos are valid within 72 hours from departure time.

They may also opt to undergo Antigen testing at other accredited laboratory and testing facilities.

PAL flies to General Santos City every Monday and Thursday departing from NAIA Terminal 2 at 6:25AM.

Cebu Pacific, together with General Santos City, pilots Test Before Boarding!

All guests on Manila-General Santos flights from December 3 to 14, 2020 must do Test Before Boarding, at the Philippine Airport Diagnostics Laboratory, Level 3, Departure Level, NAIA Terminal 3 (near Gate 6).

Guests on these flights no longer need an RT-PCR (swab) test result. Just proceed to the Test Before Boarding facility from 7am to 11am.
