Important Reminders:
- ONLY 2 CAR PARKING SLOTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED
- NO RESERVATION FEE (Php 2,000) = NO BOOKING
- reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE but schedule can be moved or changed
- reservation fee should be paid atleast 3days before booking date
- NO MORE BOOKING AFTER 10PM
- MORE THAN 30 PEOPLE ARE NOT ALLOWED

Other reminders:
- NO PETS ALLOWED
-NO FREE WATER GALLON. 1 water gallon of drinking water is 50 pesos each but you can also BRING YOUR OWN GALLONS OF WATER
-Php 300 charge on use of gas stove
-Videoke room is additional rate (4hrs=1k, 8hrs=2k)
-DAMAGE in the furnitures and appliances shall be paid the equivalent original price
- always double check all belongings before leaving the place and report immediately any missing things before leaving
- bring YOUR OWN utensils and cooking wares
- always observe proper hygiene/sanitation to avoid sickness during the stay
- children should always be supervised by adults specially on the pool area
- follow signages and rules inside to avoid accidents
