Rules and important reminders are sent and shown to all of our dear guests and are required to be signed before checking in. Please be aware of what they are before you decide to check in to prevent conflict and misunderstanding. We are saddened by the way our pad has been treated. Although we have our maintenance staff to keep the cleanliness of our pad, we are not a hotel and like other air bnbs, our guests are expected to agree with our CLAYGO rule as stated on our rules. Like any other air bnbs as well, fees are in place if our rules are not followed.

We also disclose prior to check ins that visitors are strictly NOT ALLOWED and should our management not be informed about so, will result in your bond to be forfeited.

These previous guests have also been leaving negative reacts and are threatening to report our page. Please help us spread awareness and share this post.
