PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING ANY RESERVATIONS AND/OR ENTERING THE RESORT. CAPACITY IS STRICTLY FOLLOWED.

WE WANT EVERYONE TO BE AWARE OF THE RULES OF THE RESORT BEFORE THEY COME TO STAY. IT IS PLEASANT TO STAY WHEN EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT TO BE EXPECTED OF THEM AND WHAT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME

TIME IS FROM 8am to 10pm. POOL WILL BE CLOSED FROM 10pm to 6am FOR MAINTENANCE. POOLS MAY BE CLOSED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE IF NECESSARY. SWIMMING ATTIRE
WEAR PROPER SWIMMING ATTIRE. GUEST WITH MODESTY CONCERNS MAY WEAR WHITE T-SHIRT. SWIMMING ATTIRE SHOULD BE COLORFAST AND LIGHTWEIGHT MATERIAL. ELECTRIC CHARGE
ALL ELECTRIC APPLIANCES ARE SUBJECT TO POWER CONSUMPTION CHARGES. SOUND SYSTEM
A LOUD SOUND SYSTEM IS NOT ALLOWED. PLEASE RESPECT THE PRIVACY OF THE OTHER GUEST. PETS
WE ARE A PET-FRIENDLY RESORT. PET MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH WHEN IN THE HOTEL OR ON HOTEL PROPERTY UNLESS IS IT IN THE GUEST ROOM. PETS MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED. FI****MS AND DEADLY WEAPONS

CONSERVATION
IN DOING OUR PART TO HELP THE MOTHER EARTH, TURN OFF WATER FAUCETS, SHOWERHEADS, A/C, LIGHTS, ETC.. WHEN NOT IN USE

VALUABLES
PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR VALUABLES. THE MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. RIGHT CONDUCT
THE RESORT HAS THE RIGHT TO DENY ADMISSION OR EVICT THE GUEST OR GROUP OF GUESTS IF FOUND UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS GENERALLY DISTURBING THE PEACE AND ORDER AT THE RESORT AND/OR ENGAGING IN FIGHTS. SWIMMING POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS
* Opens from 8am to 10pm.
* Shower first before swimming.
* Maong and colored cotton are not allowed.
* Children below 14 yrs old must be accompanied by an adult
* Diving and running are not permitted.
* Persons under influence of alcohol/drugs are not allowed to use the pool.
* Any person suffering from a known serious medical condition (e.g. heart disease, severe circulation problems, epilepsy or respiratory problems) should not use the Swimming Pool.
* Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
* Food and Beverages are not allowed in the pool area.
* Proper swimming costume is a must for using the swimming pool
* Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or fatality even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming area.
* These rules and regulations are subject to change without prior notice.
