Another fantastic and rewarding day for MULATGAP as a good number of members welcomed the MS Noordam of Holland America Line's Vista class.

The MS Noordam Tonnage 82,500 GT, 936 ft length, 105 ft Beam, 11 passenger deck can accomodate 1,916 passengers and more than half of 800 crew onboard are Filipinos. Yay! 🇵🇭

Grateful for all Tour Operators/Agents who continously trusting the services of Mulatgapers in handling Shorex tours in Manila.

We are one with Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco and other in promoting the beautiful places, historical sites, unique experience and savory foods in Manila, after all in the capital of fun, the National Capital Region!

This charming historical state of Malacca also spelled as Melaka is the capital of the coastal state located in southwestern Malaysia.

The MULATGAP ers did not hang back and even travelled all the way from Kuching to explore another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Rich trading history, historical colonial towns and multicultural heritage with a strong influences from Portuguese, Dutch, British and Asia. The unique architectural and cultural townscape without parallel in East and Southeast Asia is a must see while in Malaysia.

Food is good too! The Loklok with Satay Sauce, Asam Laksa in Jonker 88, Mee Goreng, Nanyang Chinese Traditional breakfast and the Nyonya Cendol an ice cold sweet dessert/refreshment similar to our Halo-halo.

As the saying goes, "You can never go wrong with Barong."

In support of the Day 2 "The Colour of ASEAN" theme, our MULATGAPers proudly wear the Traditional Filipino attire Barong Tagalog and Maria Clara, a great opportunity to showcase the simplicity and elegance of it.

Barong tagalog combines elements from both the precolonial native Filipino and colonial Spanish clothing styles. It is traditionally made with sheer textiles woven from piña or abacá.

The color of ASEAN theme brings more color to the already colorful friendships form among the delegates from 7 ASEAN countries.

The 1st ASEAN Tourist Guides Conference 2024 has officially commenced and officiated by Kuching South Mayor Hon. WEE HONG SENG 黄鸿圣.

A record-breaking 570 participants gathered at the conference, this is by far the largest number of licensed Tourist Guide gathered here in Kuching Sarawak, Malaysia from seven (7) ASEAN countries.

Together with other delegates, the MULATGAP participated and honored to be part of this momentous event.

The day was filled with meet & greet, lectures, tourism updates, B2B and of course sumptous feast of Malaysian food and hospitality.

Raising the flag and looking forward for the beginning of something great!

MS The World is the largest private residential cruise ship on earth operated like a condominium complex, with large apartments that can be purchased. The residents, from many countries, can live on board as the ship travels to different parts of the world.

Thank you Sharp Travel Service. The MULATGAP members (Mark, Ria, Lorna, Ada & Jen) and other DOT Accredited Tour Guides were very grateful for the three-day work opportunities to show the "residents" around Manila and Tagaytay and to make them even more. 🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
