MANUEL NERI “MAWEE” FRAGINAL, IRIGA CITY MAYORALTY CANDIDATE
PLATFORM OF GOVERNMENT basically focuses on the Implementation of SOCIO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY and ACTION PLAN, to wit:
1. On PEACE & ORDER -
Augment POLICE PERSONNEL by establishing Police Sub - Stations within the RIVER and MOUNTAIN Areas.
2 On BASIC NEEDS AND SERVICES - Provide assistance, attend to basic needs and improve services to the constituents, re:
Road Networks and Drainage System,
Water, Electric System,
Communication/Telephone System,
Health Care/Health Center,
Collection/Garbage Disposal System,
Wet and Dry Market System
Parking Fee System of every Establishment and Transportation/
Terminal System.
3 On LOCAL TOURISM - Establish Local Tourism Center and other Projects, in collaboration with the non- government organizations, to allow and empower people to engage and participate in any government endeavors which consequently promote barangays' SOCIO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
3 On HEALTH - Support, maintain, and sustain any existing programs that cater to the health needs of the people, Put up and/back up the establishment of the Iriga City District Hospital, located near the Centro proper.
4. On AGRICULTURE - Regular provision to farmers(tillers of the soil) of feeds, crop seedlings, fertilizers and other livestock needs (food sufficiency).
5 On EDUCATION - provide scholarships/grants to poor but deserving students which includes among other things, the private schools in the city.
6 On ECONOMY - Creation of more jobs and job opportunities, re: networking, outsourcing, establishing and maintaining strong links with private individuals/groups/organizations (public or private), both in the country and abroad.
7 OTHER CONCERNS -

√ Aalinun ko po ana PARKING FEE SAN ATUBANGAN KANA LCC , UDA NA PARKING PAY SA IRIGA,
8. The aforementioned concerns are my top priorities. However, OTHER DEVELOPMENT PLANS are still wanting that yours truly is willing to create, establish and address in due time.
