EXHIBIT MECHANICS
1. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the cultural related event through exhibit.
2. Present any movable/tangible object or material as cultural property/heritage to the Culture & the Arts Office.
3. A committee will be in-charge to determine the entry for exhibit.
4. The committee will choose at least three best entries based on the approved criteria.
5. Other participants who have an entry will be given incentive.
CRITERIA FOR BEST ENTRY
1. Culturally related 50%
2. Antiquity (quality of being ancient) 30%
3. Presentation (preservation) 20%

September 19, 6 PM along Cor. Real & Del Carmen St. Jaro, Leyte

To be able to enter the venue, the following shall be observed:

1. No bags! only phones are allowed to be brought inside the area (don’t forget to protect your phones from getting wet!)
2. Present valid ID upon entering the area indicating that you are of legal age.
3. Any kinds of drinks is not allowed inside the area, we have designated area where eating and drinking is allowed
4.Going in and out of the venue is strictly prohibited. (Bawal mag gawas sulod)

In preparation for the Town Fiesta and to make our celebration more vibrant, we are holding some programs and activities and we need your active involvement.
In advance, I would like to invite you to get involved in the following activities:
• Poster Making Contest for Elementary Schools.
• Siday for High School and Junior High School.
• Interpretative Dance open to all Youth.
• Folk Dance an Inter-Barangay competition.
Please see attached mechanics and criteria for judging. The contest proper will be on September 13, 2022 in the morning and afternoon at the Municipal Ground.
For entries, please submit them to the Culture and the Arts Office, look for Ms. Thelma B. Arguilles, the Local Culture and the Arts Focal person. Thank you very much!
