RESERVATION
50% reservation fee is required to block the date of your reservation. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
When a customer sends the payments receipt, their reservation is confirmed immediately and can no longer be cancelled but is allowed to re-book the date. REBOOKING
Customers who wishes to change the date of their booking, re-booking must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your reserved date. NO

-SHOW
In case of NO-SHOW or early check out, non refund will be made.(Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)No show on bookings or reservations: 100% of the full booking value. DAMAGES
In the event of any damages caused by the guests to property or equipment, the guests will be charged the full replacement cost. Any damages must be reported to our staff.
