In 2016, Quennie gained valuable international experience through an internship in Lake Tahoe, California, USA, which broadened her perspectives in hospitality and tourism management. Her commitment to continuous learning led her to enroll in an Executive Education program at the Asian Institute of Management in 2019, focusing on sharpening her strategic management and leadership skills.
