3. Based on my hands-on experience with directly providing service to my guests - I am aware that most of them are really budgetarians - have sacrificed their hard earned money to be able to afford the tour. Thus, in turn I must provide the best possible service to give value for their money.

Effective March 21, 2025, the environmental fees for whale shark watching shall revert to its original rates *as provided in Municipal Ordinance No. 010, series of 2020.

Accordingly, foreign (international) tourists shall now be charged at ₱1,000.00 while local (Filipino) tourists shall be charged at ₱500.00.
