Pool is closed every Monday for cleaning and maintenance.
No cable (CIGNAL DOWN).
Construction next to One Manchester Place so expect noise during the day.

We don't want people who book and be a no-show on their check-in date, so we require a reservation fee of 1k.
This will be deducted on your total balance. The rest of your payment will be on the day you check-in.
No reservation fee, no confirmed booking.

Payment can be made via GCASH, BPI or BDO within 24 hours after choosing your preferred dates. After 24 hours of no payment, consider your booking cancelled.

Lani Kea is located in One Manchester Place, Newtown Boulevard, Mactan, Lapu Lapu City, Cebu.
This is a STUDIO condo and good for 1 or 2 adults.
Only one bed (double) please check photos on my page.
DOT authorized.
We welcome long term guests 25k per month (For 6 months notarized contract with 2 months rent deposit and electricity bill deposit) including weekly/bi-weekly cleaning & condo monthly dues.
Electricity, water, Cable and Internet is NOT included and will be shouldered by guests.

42k per month for 1 month rent (includes condo dues,electricity, water, internet 100GB data and weekly cleaning).

If you're interested in long term rent please book in ADVANCE as we also accept bookings at airbnb. We need 2 months or more notice so we can clear the calendar for you.

Security is 24/7.

Be advised daily rate for short term stay (minimum of 2 nights) is different from Monthly discounted nightly rate.

One Manchester Place finally has electricity but internet signal is still non-existent.

One Manchester Place lobby sadly has been devastated by THE Tropical Cyclone but thankfully Lani Kea and other units were not 🤞
Slowly but surely we're getting back to normal.
