REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

Way kinutoban ang atong pasalamat sa atong Mahal nga Birhen sa Regla tungod sa mga grasya nga atong nadawat maong daghang mga kalambuan ang atong nasinati karon dinhi sa atong dakbayan. Tungod kana sa atong walay kinutoban nga pagtuo ug pagsalig nga abot sa matag suok sa atong kayutaan o bisan sa atong mga kadagatan. Maong kuyogi na pod ako nga ituyok ang imahe sa atong Mahal nga Birhen sa Regla sa tibuok syudad nga pamatuod sa way kinotuban nga gugma Kaniya pinaagi sa atong tinuig nga Fluvial Procession karong Nobyembre 12, 2023 sa alas 5:30 sa buntag.

Aron mapahigayon nato kini nga hapsay ug malinawon susama sa nangaging mga katuigan, palihug sa pagtan-aw niining atong mga guidelines:

1. Assembly time on November 12, 2023 is 5:30 am at the RORO Cordova Port.
2. Vessels SHOULD BE duly registered with Marina 7.
3. Number of passengers should NOT EXCEED 50 % of the maximum capacity of the vessel as required by Marina or Philippine Coast Guard.
4. Drinking and bringing of alcoholic drinks are NOT ALLOWED.
5. Fireworks/firecrackers, balloons and party poppers are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
6. Children below 12 years old are HIGHLY DISCOURAGED from joining.
7. Vessel décoration such as flower decoration and banderitas should follow
the marian color of BLUE AND WHITE.
8. Vessel SHOULD HAVE ENOUGH LIFE JACKETS on board in case of emergencies.
9 Vessel SHOULD PROVIDE the manifesto list of the passengers on board.
10. ONLY MOTORIZED BANCAS WITH GROSS TONNAGE OF 3 TONNAGES AND ABOVE shall be allowed to join the fluvial procession.
