Please be advised that the rate is VAT exclusive. Should you require O.R. for the cruise, 12% VAT will be added to the rate.

CONDITIONS:
1. Book at least 7 days to ensure availability of personnel and ingredients.
2. 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Full payment is required 5 days before the cruise.
3. Minimum order is for 30 pax.
This is a non-refundable booking. Cancellation and postponement may be allowed for fortuitous events provided that the request to cancel is done 72 hours before the scheduled cruise.
1. Booking must be made in advanced to guarantee your preferred scheduled cruise. Php25,000 down payment - payable either in cash, manager’s check, or through bank deposit is required. This is a first come, first serve basis. Balance may be settled at least one (1) business day before the trip.

2. Pick up location either in Mactan Wharf beside Cebu Yacht Club or JPark Resort Marine Boy Pier or Punta Engano Public Pier beside Moevenpick Hotel are included in the package. Other pick up locations are excluded from the package and any extra charges shall be paid by the guests.
3. Time starts as scheduled and agreed during booking (e.g. 4pm – if the guests arrive late, time extension will not be allowed to compensate the delay). Disembarkation time must end as indicated in the booking. Cruising time extension may be allowed depending on the availability. The Php10,000 per hour applies. However, if the yacht is already docked, guests may stay on the yacht without charge depending on the Captain’s discretion.
4. Food Packages may be arranged but charged separately. You may make your own mark-up as this is non-commissionable. Please see separate attachment of FINGER FOODS.
5. You may bring your own and drinks, no corkage fee applies provided that you will do self-service and will ensure that the yacht is free of left-overs. For hired caterers, please be advised that we do not allow cooking on board. Caterers must also clean up the bar and the dining area after the cruise.
6. Cancellation Policy. We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled cruise. A cancellation fee of 10% from the total amount of the cruise will be charged. Should you cancel your booking in less than 14 days, any amount paid in advance will be non-refundable.
7. Refunds will only be allowed in case of technical problems or a fortuitous event. Postponement of trip due bad weather maybe allowed and rescheduled provided that the yacht is available. Changes of the cruise date may be allowed provided that this is done at least 14 days before the scheduled cruise. Any changes after 14 days is subject to change fee of Php2,000. The new requested date will be subject to the yacht's availability.
8. Damage
If the boat, including its fixtures, fittings or inventory is lost, stolen or damaged, the charterer shall negotiate with the owner, unless this is impossible under the circumstances. The charterer shall pay heed to the owner’s instructions.
The charterer is liable for the aforementioned damage and any associated costs, unless it is not culpable for the damage.

SPECIFICATION AND FACILITIES
The catamaran yacht designed by Plessis Yacht Design in France and built by a French Naval Architect and boat builder in Evercat Asia Inc, Lapu Lapu, Cebu. The construction was completed October 2014. There are 2 2X142 HP Deutz Marine Engine on board. Jokai I is constructed with Honeycomb / Fiberglass / Resin Epoxy. The overall length of the yacht is 22m and the overall width is 9.4m. The yacht can accommodate up to maximum of 50 passengers (with insurance). It also includes, a dinghy that can accommodate up to 10 person, a VHF Radio, Navigational equipment (GPS, Chart plotter, deep sounder, fish finder), an oxygen, life-saving equipment (life vests, flares, parachute flares, smoke signals), and first-aid kit.
