NO MORE RT-PCR TEST FOR TRAVELERS ENTERING DAVAO CITY

All travelers entering Davao City by land and all arriving domestic travelers by sea and air shall no longer be required to present their 24-72 hours negative RT-PCR test results.

No document shall be required for entry into Davao City, except for security checks that may be required by the AFP and PNP personnel, for the purposes of anti-crime, anti- illegal drugs, and anti-terrorism operations.

EYES HERE FULLY VAXXED TRAVELERS

Fully vaccinated individuals who wish to enter Cebu Province will no longer be required to present a negative RT-PCR or Antigen test result or a medical certificate.

Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia issued a memorandum today Friday, October 29, 2021 stating that fully-vaccinated travelers will only have to present their proof of vaccination to be allowed entry in the Province.

This applies to domestic travelers only coming from other provinces and cities in the country, as international travelers such as ROFs and OFWs are still subject to national government policies.

DOT TARGET MABUKSANG MULI ANG TURISMO SA JUNE 1

Umaasa ngayon si Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat ng Department of Tourism na hindi na strikto ang mga lugar na isinailalim sa General Community Quarantine upang payagan ang mga taga NCR Plus na makapag-travel simula June 1.

Aniya, tiwala ito na sa ganitong paraan ay makapunta na ang mga travelers sa mga tourism destination sa Pilipinas tulad ng Bohol at Boracay.

Ang maganda umano ngayon ay unti-unti ng dumadating ang bakuna at nababakunahan ang mga tao bilang proteksyon sa COVID-19.

Ipinasiguro din nito na ang mga nagtratrabaho sa hotel at mga nasa tourism industry ay mababakunahan kung saan ipinasok nila ito sa A4 category kasama na ang mga media workers.

Masaya din nitong ibinalita na ang mga nagtatrabahong hotel workers sa hotel quarantine facility ay kabilang na sa A1 category na prayoridad na mabakunahan.

Sinabi din nito na hindi nila pababayaan ang mga negosyante sa Boracay dahil mayroong inilaang 6-Billion sa loob ng Bayanihan 2 na pautang bilang pasimula ng kani-kanilang negosyo na naapektuhan dulot ng pandemya.

Aniya, 4.8 Million na indibidwal ang nawalan ng trabaho dahil nagsara ang mga negosyo ng magsimula ang COVID-19 sa bansa, pero kahit papaano ay nabigyan ang mga ito ng ayuda.

Muli naman nitong paalala sa lahat na sumunod sa health protocol upang magtuloy-tuloy ang pagbubukas ng turismo sa bansa.
