I believe that offering rewards for every visit or purchase at a store is a fantastic idea, similar to what is done at places like Starbucks, grocery stores, cafes, gyms, and restaurants through loyalty cards.

Additionally, it would be even better if a business could offer these rewards without the need for physical cards, and instead utilizing customers' smartphones.

I have created a demonstration of such a system that will encourage repeat business and shows how it works on both the customer's and the server's phones.

Waiting for someone to respond is frustrating for all parties involved. If your organization is unable to provide a fast solution to a problem, the customer will look elsewhere.

Many individuals believe that the average person pays as much attention to something as a goldfish. Whether or not this is true, it cannot be denied that the connection between consumers and the businesses with which they interact is changing.

The integration of a chatbot into your software for providing customer service reduces the need for training and a steep learning curve, making it easy to engage with customers. Natural Language Processing (NLP) lets chatbots understand what users are asking and respond in the right way.

Customers were traditionally required to invest a substantial amount of time and effort in order to contact businesses. However, this requirement no longer exists when chatbots are utilized.

Making your customers wait for a response from your business is similar to slowly leaving your valuables unattended. If you don't get back to it, you might just lose them.

While having your agent reply to each and every query is the right thing to do, we can't help but have delay in responses. Surely those who will be replied an hour to a day or two later may have found answers from another business already.

Here I want to share how the idea of automation wherein businesses can answer most (if not all) customer needs 24/7 and instantly. No more waiting time for your customers. How about that?
